i write this posting to say my thanks to firework inventor

Jakarta, 19 September 2009.
18.05 finally boarding call for lion air destination jogjakarta sounded. Its been late from schedule16.30. I know waiting is boring, but the system, service, facility..oooh makes me hectic. I've been tired to wait all day long, stuck at SoeTa Airport CGK since 1 pm. But the worse, queue and inconvenient place at terminal 1 CGK. Grumbled, I wait 16.00 until 19.oo at waiting room, and do another waiting on the cabin.
19.30 this iron bird just left the airport, flying anticipate for Idul Fitri in the morning.

I'll celebrate this holly moment with my family.

and tired to wait at waiting room, and even at cabin i have to do another waiting, oooh dear...
but all those travelsomnia suddenly forgotten when i saw nite city view from the sky above. Series of light from cars, billboards, buildings, city lamps create unsimetric glowing. Very relieving.
Little bit late to be noticed, a kind of circle light showering the night. Yes, its a firework. Like a child, i try to search the firework from the crowded enthusiatically. Forget about all the hectics i got in the airport, focus on my own fantasy about the beautiful of firework. Im hypnotized, then fall a sleep.
Open my eyes and consious, pilot warn about safety belt, we will arrive.

Merdeka: Indonesia 64 tahun #IndonesiaUnite

Insisted to write this posting when watched Discovery channel this morning, found that this channel have special program for Malaysian independence day,called merdeka. Really unacceptable for me when they try to use this term, tough i believe malaysian know the meaning, but they never use this term for their independence day (or may be im the one that dunno bout it). Sooo I decide to support my country 64th independence day: 17 August , Merdeka!! (meaning: independence,freedom)
Just few weeks ago, Jakarta bombed (again) at famous public facility (JW Marriot hotel and Ritz Carlton hotel). Its an unforgiven crime for whatever reasons. Realizing the impact and purpose of that bombing, I join #IndonesiaUnite on my twitter network to spread the indonesian citizen spirit to all over the world, that "KAMI TIDAK TAKUT" (we are not affraid) to those bloody people. This bombing purposed to spread fear among Indonesian and otherz to live in Indonesia. But thats not gonna happen man.
So, happy independence day, Merdeka Indonesia!!

Following article summarized from Wikipedia , i put this subject since I quite often have this symptom and ever discussed this topic with Aa' (he has experience with this)

Déjà vu: "already seen"; also called paramnesia or promnesia, is the experience of feeling sure that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously (an individual feels as though an event has already happened or has happened in the near past), although the exact circumstances of the previous encounter are uncertain. The term was coined by a French psychic researcher, Émile Boirac. The experience of déjà vu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eeriness," "strangeness," or "weirdness." The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience "genuinely happened" in the past.

The experience of déjà vu seems to be quite common among adults and children alike. References to the experience of déjà vu are also found in literature of the past,indicating it is not a new phenomenon. It has been extremely difficult to evoke the déjà vu experience in laboratory settings, therefore making it a subject of few empirical studies. Recently, researchers have found ways to recreate this sensation using hypnosis.

Scientific research on déjà vu:

Since the last years of the 20th century, déjà vu has been subject to serious psychological and neurophysiological research. Scientifically speaking, the most likely explanation of déjà vu is not that it is an act of "precognition" or "prophecy," but rather that it is an anomaly of memory giving the impression that an experience is "being recalled."

This explanation is substantiated by the fact that the sense of "recollection" at the time is strong in most cases, but that the circumstances of the "previous" experience (when, where, and how the earlier experience occurred) are quite uncertain. Likewise, as time passes, subjects can exhibit a strong recollection of having the "unsettling" experience of déjà vu itself, but little or no recollection of the specifics of the event(s) or circumstance(s) they were "remembering" when they had the déjà vu experience. In particular, this may result from an overlap between the neurological systems responsible for short-term memory (events which are perceived as being in the present) and those responsible for long-term memory (events which are perceived as being in the past). The events would be stored into memory before the conscious part of the brain even receives the information and processes it.

Another theory being explored is that of vision. As the theory suggests, one eye may record what is seen fractionally faster than the other, creating that "strong recollection" sensation upon the "same" scene being viewed milliseconds later by the opposite eye. However, this one fails to explain the phenomenon when other sensory inputs are involved, such as the auditive part, and especially the digital part. If one, for instance, experiences déjà vu of someone slapping the fingers on his left hand, then the déjà vu feeling is certainly not due to his right hand experiencing the same sensation later than his left hand considering that his right hand would never receive the same sensory input. Also, persons with only one eye still report experiencing déjà vu or déjà vécu (a rare disorder of memory, similar to persistent déjà vu). The global phenomenon must therefore be narrowed down to the brain itself (say, one hemisphere would be late compared to the other one).

Links with disorders: The strongest pathological association of déjà vu is with temporal lobe epilepsy.This correlation has led some researchers to speculate that the experience of déjà vu is possibly a neurological anomaly related to improper electrical discharge in the brain. As most people suffer a mild epileptic episode regularly (e.g. the sudden "jolt," a hypnagogic jerk, that frequently occurs just prior to falling asleep), it is conjectured that a similar (mild) neurological aberration occurs in the experience of déjà vu, resulting in an erroneous sensation of memory.

Pharmacology: Some pharmaceutical drugs, when taken together, have also been implicated in the cause of déjà vu. reported the case of an otherwise healthy male who started experiencing intense and recurrent sensations of déjà vu on taking the drugs amantadine and phenylpropanolamine together to relieve flu symptoms. Due to the dopaminergic action of the drugs and previous findings from electrode stimulation of the brain, Taiminen and Jääskeläinen speculate that déjà vu occurs as a result of hyperdopaminergic action in the mesial temporal areas of the brain. Many scientists are still working towards the actual link of déjà vu with hypnagogic epilepsy.

Memory-based explanations: Memory-based explanations may lead to the development of a number of non-invasive experimental methods by which a long sought-after analogue of déjà vu can be reliably produced that would allow it to be tested under well-controlled experimental conditions. Cleary (2008) suggests that déjà vu may be a form of familiarity-based recognition (recognition that is based on a feeling of familiarity with a situation) and that laboratory methods of probing familiarity-based recognition hold promise for probing déjà vu in laboratory settings. Another possible explanation for the phenomenon of déjà vu is the occurrence of "cryptamnesia," which is where information learned is forgotten but nevertheless stored in the brain, and occurrence of similar invokes the contained knowledge, leading to a feeling of familiarity because of the situation, event or emotional/vocal content, known as "déjà vu."

I thought that my holiday will be a lazy, boring, straight day, nothing happen. But I’m wrong.

Last night, I had words with my boyfriend. Really hate him last night; I can’t accept what he’s done. Went to bed, cried, and mistreated feeling. But we’ve gone along well in the morning, try to forgive, understand, and forget what we’ve gone through. Especially since we’re far apart, try to accept commitment consequence. Learn, learn, learn..

And just few minutes ago, I found my old photographs. There are me, my ex boyfriend and someone else. My feeling is so awkward. How’s your feeling when u found that kind of picture, especially when at that moment the ex boyfriend marry to someone else that I mention above. I tell you, the awkwardness is not something sad, disappoint, or regret. Specifically I’m surprised that I still have that picture, that I ever had memory with those people, but nothing more. I already passed those feelings ago. I plan to burn their pics, but not mine :) and I’ll tell this story to you readers, and my lovely aa’.

I’m working in one of BIG Indonesian business organization that is not only a company but companies as a group. 1^st august 2009 a year I have been here, getting story, experience, and knowledge. Recently, I could add wisdom in to the list. Sure, not my wisdom, but I get it from my seniors. I just re-learn that a man needs respect from others. Word “respect” is not lip service only, the wisdom teaches me one of the manners to show respect.
It is easy to receive or taking wisdom from senior, who we adore to, but in my experience, I take it from the one I’m not respect with. As a human, it is important to keep our hatred aside, or else we can’t take valuable lesson from others. I already get it, tough it’s hard to receive positive lesson from someone that I hate, moreover to take it by myself. And now i feel very positive that I can treat him fairly.

I've promised to myself that after got terrific adventure i MUST write it on my blog. I've missed some story since being lazy to put my words into readable article [grin]

last week, finally, i got the chance to make my promise. My lovely Aa' take me to Bukittinggi. gosh, I've begged and cried this month along to him, and suddenly he said that he would take me [1]. then the surprise wasn't stop there, we would go to Bukittinggi together with our friends, that's really crazzzy, i was surrounding with excitement[2].
Our first craziness start when @7pm Mr.Tigor still haven't finished his work (since our plan to depart @7pm). The second one coming when Mr.G cant join us, coz he's sick (got toothache and fever, what else can we say for Senior) whereas he's the one that will drive us!! the most senior traveler among us. with 100% seriousness (serious to aside the risk) we decide to travel without him and experienced driver, just us (five determined engineer)[3].

We, five young engineer, must thank to Riza, who already let us take a rest in her house. thanks for letting us have delicious-real minang- breakfast. Arrived at Bukit 5 in the morning, forces us to sleep and zzzzz......
First destination is Jam Gadang at Bukittinggi. this old town is neat and having lots of dutch-old building (remind me to magelang, my hometown). it impressed that Bukittinggi is important, even ever used as the capital of this republic. Taken lots of picture, walked around the city, in sun shinny day. Museum Hatta, Panorama Ngarai Sianok, Lobang Jepang then finally stranded in Katupek Pical at Pasar Bawah (traditional market in Bukit). Lunchtime, struggling effort walking around the city (especially in lobang Jepang), makes us eat lots of food with less than 50,000 rupiahs spending. We love it!!
After lunch, we drove to Ombilin, curious to see Singkarak Lake. Arrived at 3 pm, cant imagine hows hot the weather at there. Didn't know what to do, we just toke some picture, Beni fell sleep down. The scenery to Singkarak so beautiful, we saw green rice field and mountain range . Burnt skin, sleepy dizzy, we decide to back to Padang trough Padang Panjang. we stop a while at Lembah Anai Waterfall. And not letting chance to taste Mak Syukur, a famous Sate Padang restaurant, SBY and JK ever visited this restaurant. We continue to Padang when it was 6.10 pm already. Night already when entering Padang, directly find out the hotel. But it was full booked. We spent about 1.5 hours arround the city to find the hotel, since holiday season and graduation one of university in Padang. Finally (almost hopeless) we found a hotel outside the city. So, nothing much to say, take a bath, then sweet dream....
What we'll gonna do tomorrow????? "Morning wake up at Padang"

without taking a bath, we drove to Pantai Gajah, looking for breakfast. Its near Aa' ex boarding room when he was student in Padang. We eat soto Padang, teh susu, Lontong Sayur that very delicious. We breakfast at the same place like me and Aa' used to in our first vacation. Memory on my 24 birthday (do you remember, hunny?). Sunday morning in Pantai Gajah, near UNP, we just like childhood-missing, fly around to catch the wave. Continue to visit Pantai Air Manis, where the legend Malin Kundang storied. arrived at 10, we just have less than 2 hours to walking around. Its a beautiful,straight, and wide beach. a hill located near the beach, Bukit Siti Nurbaya, taken from girl name in Minang story legend. Padang located along beach side, so we just visit the same sea, from different point. 2 hours in Air Manis we spent for walking, taking pictures, drinking coconut water (as Pak Lim suggestion) accompanied with Martabak Bangka and Roti Bakar (smoking as well).
I'll post this story as first Chapter from Padang Extreme Adventure. wait for next chapter..wish me success for the next chapter....

Friend's farewell

sminggu lalu aku dapet telpon (lebih tepatnya "miskol") dari teman lama pas aku magang di tangerang. namanya Mas Heru. setelah aku sms (tentu saja dengan menambahkan permintaan untuk mendoakan biar cepet lulus, hehehehe) Mas Heru membalas dengn sms yang mengejutkan. "doakan juga ya, biar anakku diterima di sisi-Nya"
duh, aku shock banget. aku blum tahu pada usia berapa baby nya meninggal, tapi yang pasti,blum ada dua bulan. pas aku di tangerang, istrinya baru hamil tua. wah, gak bisa mbayangin, putra yang digadang gadang (mereka ini masih pasangan muda) malah harus berpulang lebih dulu. yah, semoga Mas Heru dan Istri bisa tabah.
Setelah itu, aku baru inget,,aku belum mengucapkan rasa terima kasih yg mendalam buat temen2 kerja pas di tangerang sono (gak ngerti ntar dibaca apa gak, tapi yang pasti biar dah gak ada utang)

new chapter

dear story,
I had begun my new chapter, get internship and work in tangerang. Find new family, friends and experiences. huff there's always laughs and cries.
here i have nice friends,, but theres no completely happy life in thiz world,, we must pay it with tears,, somehow,,,
getting so far with my boyfriend,, getting so far with family (i really mizz my sister right now,,) and somehow i have to be ready on being "alone" Juz positively think that, it will prepare me well 4 the next step of my life,,
now,,11 days to my last day in this company,,, u know, i never felt that thiz is a company whre i had lot of job, but it seems to be my third family after all... thank god that i have chance to be here,, all the chances, all the challenges, all the jobs delivered as we're family and friends,,, yes there sometimes stress in relationship, but never take so long,,
i dont know the first 1.5 month take so fast,, but now my friends keep counting the days, and that make feel annoyed, muy day become soooo looong,,,

what happen with me???

huhui... minggu minggu ini jadwal kembali padat.. ngajar praktikan, ngurusi study dan kehidupan.. huhui!
this morning aku kgesa brangkat gara2 mau praktikum sispro (sistem produksi) tapi di lab gak ada orang... juz my friend agus sanyoto
hape ku ktinggalan... modul juga ktinggalan... gak bawa minum... gara2 kgesa en akhirnya ,malah kpagian....

pyuh... beberapa bulan kedepan dicanangkan sebagai hari program penurunan berat badan..

mudik yang telat

hari ini gak tau dah ramadhan hari kebrapa.. tapi yang pasti kampus, kos dan tempat-tempat keramaian mahasiswa dah mulai sepi coz dah pada mudik...
heks, gmana dunk aku mudik telat.. padahal kan dah kangen ama bapak, ibu, n nela... juga ama my luvly old pren yang dahpada nyampe duluan... kyaaaa!!!!
btw, ada juga loh tmen ku yang dah sms jauh hari sbelum mudik musim, dia sms nanya kapan reuni lagi.. :'( perhatian banget...
tapi ada juga tmen norma ynag baru pulang tanggal 31.. (katanya sieh) gak tau koq betah bangt dsini.. hehehe
dah ah.. ni cuma melampiaskan rasa bete ku gara2 niki telat ksini..

brapa jam sieh sehari ini??? kalo cuma 24 jam, kayaknya kuraaaaaaang...
di lab dah 6 jam, trus kuliah minimal 4 jam, belum urusan pacaran, refreshing, kebutuhan bersama teman, trus istirahat...
dalam satu hari mungkin butuh kelonggaran 100% lagi... hiks,hiks,hiks

uuups gak tau kenapa lagi pengen berbagi kebahagiaan...
so ada hubungannya gak ama berbunga??? sometime kita mengasosiasikan kebahagiaan ama bunga.. tapi kadang2 ajah sieh..
hari-hari ini tema utamanya adalah ujian.. dari hunting bahan ujian, nyari-nyari soal, predict n forecast soal :-) ampe prediksi nilai :-) aneh aneh ajah emang..
sekarang lagi di kantor cie... di lab maksudnya.. ah udah ah... ada boz dateng, jadi harus berhenti.. :-) padahal lagi mau cerita2...

Adhiyat Thoriq, sebuah nama yang sarat makna, dan berkesan gagah!! Banyak orang mengira dengan postur badannya yang besar dan wajahnya yang "cowok bangeet.." dia adalah manusia yang cuek, dan galak.. namun seorang thoriq (begitu dia biasa disapa) sangat jauh dari ciri-ciri itu... ternyata dia itu sahabat dan kakak yang penuh perhatian, kadang2 dia juga berubah menjadi cowok yang sensitif dan panik-an... (makanya dia sering dikerjain..) suasana bersama seorang thoriq akan selalu riuh dengan gelak dan teriakan2 spontan manusia disekitarnya..
ehm... pasti bagi anda yang belum pernah melihatnya akan sulit untuk membayangkan, seperti apa thoriq itu.. kenapa dia begitu istimewa sehingga saya merasa perlu untuk menceritakannya di blog ini...
namun semua itu tidak perlu anda lakukan .. yang perlu anda bayangkan adalah perhatian2 seorang kakak dan juga kebaikan sahabat yang tidak bisa diungkap dsini.. saya belum lama mengenalnya dengan dekat, dia adalah sahabat dekat pacar saya, jadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa saya mengenalnya enggak dekat tidak jauh2 ketika saya mulai pacaran dengan pujaan hati saya sekarang ini... (whuekkss??)
dan kemarin siang saya mengantarnya nya ke bandara bersama temen2 yg lain... dia mau pulang ke Palembang (palembang ada di peta gak sheh?? hehehe) then go to Mecca, untuk berhaji.. uwow!!
untuk om thoriq, ati2 djalan yoh... jangan lupa doanya buat qita2 dsini, moga yang masih jauh jodohnya didekatkan, yang seret kuliahnya bisa cepet lulus..(banyak yg kesindir yah?), yang jauh rejekinya bisa enteng order.. amiiin, pkoknya kita kan mau dateng di acara wisudamu! hahahahahaha

Seminggu ini aku banyak sekali mengalami kejadian-kejadian menarik di SIMBI..
Tapi yang pasti adalah pulang larut!! Nggak larut2 banget sieh, tapi cukup untuk membuatku letoy.. tapi pulang larut tidak membuat dunia gulita koq.. suerr!! Sebagai pembunuh waktu paling ampuh dan perekat batin antar simbiers
Anyway, sore kemarin benar2 special, setelah ditinggal jalan2, aku n plolo chat berduaan ajah!! (statusku sbagai jomblo sementara, dan dia sbagai jomblo gak jelas..) saat itu aku bener2 pengen nangis lho, Lo! Gak tau aku yang terlalu sensi or lg PMS, but I felt so hopeless last night, merasakan ragu pada sebuah anugrah indah…atau mungkin aku takut?? Trauma pada masa lalu yang kembali muncul di benakku?? Tidak norma, mereka berbeda…dan keadaan pun berbeda…jangan jadi keledai bodoh!! Jangan jatuh pada lubang itu lagi…!!
Uhf.. somebody, make me smile again plizz…(coz banyak request dari2 tman agar aku kmbali tersenyum.. apa separah itu yah??)
Beberapa hari ini aku, mbak hanna dan seorang plolo menggemari www.negeri-senja.com, sebuah blog dari jurnalis cewek yang bernama atta. Kata-kata yang dituliskannya menyentuh, juga pengalaman2nya dari hasil travelling, juga pemikiran2nya sangat menggugah… (btw aku boleh nggak sieh nyantumin alamat blog-nya dia?? Harus pake ijin gak sheh??buat atta: blog mu kerren, jadi aku tulis dsini, tapi kalo ada yang keberatan, aku ngrevisi blog ini jg gpapa koq!)
Besok ada yang ultah lho… teman qita tercinta Mamet Sudelon (coz dia mirip mamet tapi mau nya dpanggi Delon) itu bkalan ultah!!.. wah harus siapin rencana jahat negh!!
Dan sekarang… aku akan kembali menemui rutinitas ini.. mengerjakan sekelompok laporan dan tentu harus merangkai kata untuk tugas akhir praktikum ku..

Tampaknya cuaca sedang mengeluarkan hasratnya yang beberapa hari ini terpendam... hujan sore ini sangat deras.. heks, sesuatu yang membuat beberapa makhluq di kampus ini gak bisa pulang.. namun penghuni Simbi tetap enjoy (mungkin..) di kantin, karena makan adalah penghibur di berbagai suasana :)
perlu pembaca ketahui, i'm an ekstrovert person, jd gak heran kalo curhat bisa ama sapa ajah.. nah beberapa yang lalu saya berkeluh kesah pada seseorang bernama ecam (kbetulan bukan nama sebenarnya) yang mengherankan bagi saya, bahwa hal tersebut sangat melegakan!! walaupun saya sempat malu....(karena ecam adalah laki2 skaligus pejantan tangguh,hehehe) curhat sore itu adalah ttg pacar saya.. (plolo, pertanyaanmu dah terjawab kan??) serasa tak ingin menyalahkan kesibukan, namun kenyataannya memang kesibukan yang berbeda membuat kami (saya dan "si mas") jarang bertemu. tapi memang aku hrus blajar dari pengalamn yg sudah2... gak mau ah gagal gra2 kayak gtu lagi...
pengumuman.. aku jomblo ampe tanggal 25.. aaaakh.... somebody save me!!
